At the Estoril Club in Genoa, Italy with Resu Shang

When the Seabourn Quest was docked in Genoa, Italy, for one week for repairs and renovations, many crew members and I had a long time exploring the city of Genoa. This led to one night, most of the crew members from the ship meeting up with others from another cruise ship that was docked in Genoa for a large party at the Estoril Club. It was delightful with lots of laughing and learning from each other in exchanging the different cultures and world perspectives many crew members had. One of those crew members was Resu Shang. A housekeeper who was a person I would always have jokes with whenever our paths crossed on the ship. Resu is originally from Senapati, India. I appreciate her taking the time to help create our more extended choreographed handshake and adding her creative spin to our handshake. I also began to develop a friendship with her as she was a regular crewman who would attend my training sessions for crew members weekly.
