The mess hall on the Seabourn Quest is where crew members go two or three times a day to take a break and eat. It isn't open 24/7 but follows a strict schedule of being open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and midnight snacks and usually following a window of being open 3 hours at a time. Many times, crew members meet up with other crew members to eat, play games, and relax. It is a commonplace meeting space where you can see most crew members on the ship.
