Practicing Spanish reading a legend of the Wayúu tribe of Colombia and Venezuela

The following is a video I filmed in several components to practice my Spanish pronunciation. In addition, I filmed everything while using the Filmic Pro DoubleTake app to use two cameras on my phone at the same time of filming.

In my most recent Spanish class, we learned about an indigenous group called the Wayúu in Colombia and Venezuela. My professor asked me to perform homework by making audio and sending it to him to hear me reading it aloud and helping me improve my Spanish pronunciation. I, of course, decided to make a video because why not and test out what it is like to film using the Filmic Pro DoubleTake app. This app's main feature is that it can simultaneously use your selfie camera and front camera when filming. A neat function that I believe has many benefits to the ability to capture the expressions of the person taking the video for the viewer in a more profound viewer experience than when watching videos on video sharing sites.

Below is a picture of the text I was reading, and for any Spanish speaker that reads this, please get in touch with me; I would be grateful for your feedback on my video pronunciation. Also, to learn more, here is an article from the Organization of Indigenous in Colombia about the Wayúu.

Thoughts on using the Filmic Pro DoubleTake App

Overall I like it very much. It is straightforward to use, and I wanted how I could look into my phone's screen and read from the split screen on an option I never had before when you can typically only film in one camera mode at a time. I look forward to seeing how I continually incorporate camera filming into my documentation. I don't have any downsides for the situations I have used it for so far. At the time of writing this, the app costs $3.99, and I believe it is worth purchasing for the value you receive to add filming capabilities to your phone. At the moment, I am currently in a B2 level Spanish class at OLSA (Official Language Schools of The Americas) in Medellín, Colombia and my goal is to become a fluent Spanish speaker to use for business opportunities and to make Spanish videos on various topics continuously, for example, culture, dance (tango, salsa, bachata), business, and health.
