Not in Monaco for the Formula 1 Grand Prix but a handshake with Emily Worsnop

Emly is from Hull, England, the yoga and mindful living coach on the Seabourn Quest. You will notice that Emily and myself are wearing blue work suits. This is because, at the time of filming this, the ship was preparing to go into drydock, where the ship would receive maintenance and repairs. The blue suits were for every crew member to wear for protection and to signify that you were a crew member on the ship. Emily is a high-level yoga teacher with over 500 hours of yoga teaching. I continuously have some of the funniest laughs with her on the ship from silly situations we experience together while working on the Seabourn Quest.

Monaco is a unique part of the world where many of the world's wealthiest live from a financial perspective. The architecture and small charm of the city is elegant. It was an enjoyable city to walk around in the daytime and the evening and to the top where the Prince's Palace of Monaco exists. And we were just a week away from the start of the Formula One Grand Prix, where we could already see the race course being played out and constructed in the city.
