Six Word Story - I Am Grateful For This Moment
I am grateful that I had the opportunity to stay and live in Watford, England, for six weeks, as this allowed me time to meet and get to know Kush Panchal. Kush is originally from a small village, and from what he has explained to me, he grew up poor and has done so much to improve his living situation and contribute to thousands of people. He is the premier yoga and mindful expert and has produced seminars and workshops for thousands of people to learn and become empowered from his mindfulness, breathing, and yoga practice. He has worked with numerous large corporate companies in India and will now take his skills to cruise ships. Kush is also in the training process with Steiner to work on cruise ships as a personal trainer. Throughout my conversation, I remember thinking about how genuinely grateful and blessed this individual is in life and making a comment about how I saw him pause before he was about to eat his food in a bustling cafeteria to close his eyes and say a blessing as there were around 100 people around in this loud and busy cafeteria. Thank you, Kush, for sharing your passion, energy, and time with me, and I'm looking forward to seeing how you continually create and add value to others in their life and wishing you all the best with your pursuits and go-giving actions in life.
