This time I am in Quebec City, Canada, where it truly feels like the Seabourn Quest is still in France. Today's guest is the cruise ship director and a master at getting you to smile, Ross Roberts. I have known Ross since we first met back in February, and he is a favorite crew member to have the opportunity to chat with him and share in laughs. Ross has been working on cruise ships for over a decade, and I can tell when observing guests on the Seabourn Quest that he is loved and appreciated by the guests. I am grateful to Ross for sharing his time with me this afternoon and being genuine and authentic with everything he shared today during our conversation. Especially when he shared his experience with processing death in his life. Ross, keep on inspiring the guests and crew members on the ship with your entertainment and humor, and I look forward to seeing you perform at the Royal Albert Hall someday!
