In Orlando, Florida🇺🇸 with Yazeed Salaam, having a conversation.

Immensely grateful for Yazeed sharing his time this morning and afternoon to enjoy a healthy meal and have a film conversation. I have met Yazeed on two occasions prior. The first was when I was training at the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida and also when we both attended a Box N' Burn Fitness certification seminar. During our video conversation, I learned that Yazeed was the one who initially organized this event. I'm super appreciative of Yazeed taking the time and initiative. Yazeed was in the Army for nine years and whose military skills and experience were in the field of logistics. While serving, he was stained in North Carolina, Texas, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Thank you for your service Yazeed! Life after the Army has led Yazeed to become a top-level professional personal trainer who provides a wide variety of knowledge, exercise, experience, motivation, and human psychology to all his training sessions with his clients. It was a pleasure to get to know Yazeed on a deeper level with questions that pertain to his purpose, his whys, what he wants to do before he dies, and his spiritual practice. Thank Yazeed, and let's keep getting after it and adding value for others.
