Shout out and thank you to ΠΠΈΡΠ°Π»ΠΈΠΉ ΠΡΡ ΠΈΠ½ for gifting me the book back in 2018, "12 Rules For Life An Antidote to Chaos" by Jordan B Peterson. A book that will aid with a deeper understanding of things you know that you did not know. I ended up finishing this book when I used to deliver Newspapers in Alaska from 12 am to 5 am and would listen to audiobooks. Since the first chapter, I have done my best always to put the principle Stand up with your shoulders straight into practice. This chapter mentions the example of lobsters and how they constantly battle for space and status in the animal world. From this, winners and losers emerge. We can't all be as wealthy and successful as the ones we admire, but we can always stand tall with our shoulders back and project our body posture in an orderly manner while focusing on what we can control, which is our body posture. Jordan Peterson supports taking extreme ownership, and I will always stand by this principle. Je mentions that we are all on this earth to suffer, and we all need to learn how to suffer like a man and come to terms that we all can't be like each other in achieving and having the same things. I describe Jordan Peterson as someone telling like it is and saying thoughts without considering who will get upset. I will never agree with someone 100 percent of the time, and I believe it is essential to expose yourself to people with outside-the-box thinking than the majority of people you see. Jordan B Peterson is a great person to learn from and grow your mind from listening and reading.
"Intolerance of others' views (no matter how ignorant or incoherent they may be) is not simply wrong; in a world where there is no right or wrong, it is worse: it is a sign you are embarrassingly unsophisticated or, possibly, dangerous."
"The successful among us delay gratification. The successful among us bargain with the future."
"Always place your becoming above your current being."
"if you cannot understand why someone did something, look at the consequences—and infer the motivation."
I'd be happy to discuss your project and how we can work together to create unique, fun and engaging content.
