I met Casey Stevens while reading a book at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Casey is a veteran and served in the US Army, and I am grateful for his service. He is currently studying to become a nurse and owns a local tree removal service in Orlando, Florida. Casey kindly shared his time with me to do an afternoon podcast. I appreciate him sharing aspects of his life, fitness, health, time in the military, and what he wants to do before he dies. Casey, thank you for serving, and let's keep getting after it, brother!
