Six Word Story - Three Mindful People At A Table
When I was at the home of Frank Perez and filming a podcast, I had the pleasure of meeting Frank's roommate Kyle Jones and getting to hear his perpsetqicte on life. Whether that be his time in North Carolina, serving in the U.S. Army for over six years as a Psychological Operations Specialist, or his thoughts on self-awareness, his purpose, and desires. This was my first time conducting this more of an interview style where I faced two of my guests for the entire length of the filmed conversation. I, of course, am constantly learning and having insights into improving the production or structure of my content. Still, I'm reminding myself the goal is to do consistent uploads and fi every day for what I currently have with my equipment and, with that said, keep on going strong with taking action and continually learning and growing.
