The beauty of working out and having fun as you do it with my best friend William Maisey is we attract others to us to work out alongside us. This was the case with Alex, who had just finished school and graduated with a degree in biological medicinal chemistry. Alex was a pleasure to chat with and workout out and join in on the spontaneous circuit workout William Maisey and I had created while working out at the gym on the campus of the University of Exeter. Alex has lost over 14 pounds in the past month, and he is continually losing more. Keep it going and see more of the world! That is awesome!
